2011 3rd Quarter Sales for Single Family Homes

• Albuquerque 2011 3rd Quarter Sales rose to 15.5% compared to 2010 3rd Quarter Sales.

 

2011 3rd Quarter Median Price for Single Family Homes

• The Median Price for a Single family home was $172,000 as compared to 2010 3rd Quarter which was $183,000 a change of -6.01%.

 

2011 3rd Quarter New Listings for Single Family Detached Homes

• New listings for Albuquerque dropped in 2011 to 3,604 from 2010 which had 4,283 new listings a change of -15.83%.
